I can’t really explain it, but the gold just feels legit to me. Had the purity checked and it came back fine, so that’s a big plus. Beyond that, there isn’t a whole lot to say, it looks real, feels right, and I’m satisfied with it

They got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. that’s the main reason I’m sticking around right now, if the replies start getting slow, I’d probably consider leaving.

The return process was easy, and when I reached out about the warranty, they actually helped me fast. No runaround or anything, which I appreciated. I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality, but at least the support side was solid.

I got a rope chain from Jacoje the chain itself is really solid. It has a good weight to it, the finish looks clean, and the clasp doesn’t feel cheap like some others I’ve bought before. You can tell it’s made well. Shipping was fine too, no major issues there. The only thing that bothered me was that when I reached out with a question, I kind of felt ignored and didn’t really get the response I was hoping for. Still happy with the chain overall, but the customer service side could’ve been better
